What should I provide for my pet?

We provide all the essentials for your pet's stay, including bedding, regular bowls, slow feeder bowls, food and fresh water. Though we understand that some pets may feel more at ease with a few familiar items from home. You are welcome to bring up to three personal belongings for your pet.

These items can include:

  • A favorite toy

  • A blanket or bed (no towels!) Beds cannot be bigger than 3ft (36in) x 4ft (48in). Beds must also include a removable washable cover.

  • A piece of clothing with your scent

*For safety reasons, if your pet is a chewer, we cannot provide bedding during their stay.

Please note that we can only accommodate a maximum of three personal items. If you bring more than three, the extra items will be returned to you.

Do you provide food?

Yes, we provide food for your pet free of charge during their stay. We offer a high-quality, grain-free food brand called VeRus.

If you prefer to bring your own pet's food, you are welcome to do so. We do have a few specific requirements:

  • Each meal must be individually bagged in ziplock bags.

  • Label each bag with your pet's name.

  • Please do not label the bags with dates.

Pets are fed twice a day at 8 AM and 5 PM. However, we can accommodate feeding three times a day, with lunch provided at 12 PM.

Following these guidelines helps us ensure that your pet receives the correct amount of food at each mealtime.

Are we able to administer medications?

Yes, we are able to administer medications to your pet free of charge during their stay at our pet resort. We strive to ensure your pet's health and well-being are maintained while they are with us.

The only time we charge for medications is if your pet requires insulin injections, which are priced at $2.00 per injection.

We can administer medications up to three times a day to accommodate your pet's needs.

*If your pet requires medication more frequently than this, unfortunately, we are unable to board them.

We kindly request for you to write the dosage and administration instructions for us. Our trained staff will ensure your pet receives their medication as prescribed. Please do NOT mix medications in with food bags brought from home.

If you have any specific questions or concerns about medication administration, please feel free to contact us.

What happens if my pet gets sick or injured?

  • Contacting you, the owner: We will immediately contact you to inform you of the situation and discuss next steps. It's important to provide us with current contact information when you check your pet in. Please also provide us with an emergency contact upon drop off in case you are unavailable.

  • Emergency situations: In the event of a medical emergency, we will promptly rush your pet to the nearest emergency veterinary clinic.

Our staff is trained to handle various situations with care and urgency. If you have any specific concerns or instructions regarding your pet's health, please communicate them to us during check-in.
